The learner will describe the layers of the: a) oceanic hydrosphere, including the pelagic zone, benthic zone, abyssal zone, and intertidal zone, b) the oceanic lithosphere, including the continental shelf, continental slope, adn the abyssal plain; and c) the Earth's biomes.
